Thermal performance tests in Marseille (Fabian's wish)
 Do them in Marseille or Genoa?

WUP: stave fully loaded ready in April

Genova: 1/2 loaded stave soon, fully loaded stave soon afterwards

13 Staves for CPPM ("2nd stave"):
  7 in BN now
  4 in SI + DO now
  3 from AMS, in BN now
 -> mid-April earliest shipping to Marseille

1 stave should then go to Wuppertal, for putting a bi-stave together there.

Are there enough type-0 cables in Marseille?

PLL/PCC cables cannot be delivered with the new PLLs from LBL.
 Kevin will ship the connectors (uncabled) with the PLLs to Marseille;
 other sites don't need them.
